About Martone
Founded in 1992 in a home kitchen, our bakery began as a labor of love—one oven, a few trusted recipes, and a deep commitment to doing things right. What started with baking for family and friends quickly grew through word of mouth, including early interest from party planners and event professionals who were drawn to the quality and presentation of our desserts.
That same approach still guides us today. Every item is prepared from start to finish in-house, using fresh, carefully selected ingredients—including our nuts, brittles, creams, and fillings, all made from scratch. We’ve never taken shortcuts, because we believe the best flavor comes from time, attention, and staying true to our methods.
In recent years, demand has grown beyond what a home kitchen can handle. To continue serving everyone well, we’re expanding and putting better systems in place—including an online storefront and improved customer service—so ordering, planning, and communication are smoother and more efficient. While how we serve you is evolving, what we bake and how we bake it remains exactly the same.
